Passed away suddenly Monday 17th November 2003.
Leaving behind her devoted husband Jack, Son Frank, Daughter Lisa, Son in Law Nick and 3 lovely
grandchildren Leanne Tom and Joe.
Mum was born in the North East of England on 19th February 1937 she was one of 10 children.
She moved with my Dad to the midlands to support him in his career in the car industry.
Mum was a wonderful woman she loved her family dearly, and would do anything for anyone who needed
help.
At the age of 49 she was struck down with Rheumatoid Arthritis, at times this was very debilitating
for her but she would never let on to anyone exactly how much pain she was in.
She suffered a cardiac arrest in 2000 but the hospital were great and managed to save her. We had 3
more special years with her.
Mum fought for 6 years for a new treatment for her arthritis, she was taken into hospital 2 weeks
prior to starting treatment. She was so looking forward to having it. She was due to start the
treatment the day she passed away from a second cardiac arrest due to high potassium levels in her
blood. Her treatment was never to be.
She leaves behind so many happy memories for us all, we miss her so much.

Our Joe is 15 today wish you were here to see what a fine young man he is turning out to be you would be very proud. I'm sure your looking down on him ensuring he follows the right path in life. The 'bairns' meant so much to you, they are all doing well and they miss you dearly.
